4 Stars great lightweight cart
I’ve had this cart for a little over three years now, and it’s aged wonderfully. It’s a great cart for transporting the Q grills, which are intended to be mobile-friendly. As far as I can see it, there are only two downsides.

-placement of the grill on the cart can be slightly tricky, really only an issue in the dark.

-bottom rack is more for stability, light-weight items. It is obviously not meant to have a full, standard sized propane tank on it.

Other than that, it’s great. Excellent for small spaces and apartments. It is folds for storage and travel, but can stand up to the wet-cold-icy winters well. Get this with one of the covers and you can leave it out all year long in most cases. I’d recommend removing the gas line off season though, as my first was chewed through by raccoons!

It is too early to give a full review. The barbecue was delivered more quickly than promised and the delivering agent placed it exactly where I wanted it. The packaging as well as the barbecue itself was extremely well engineered. Assembly was logical in terms of function as well as where the needed items were packed. My decision to assemble in the garage (11/2 days) and then wheel to the pad in the back yard worked perfectly. I have enjoyed using it in both direct and indirect cooking modes. I have also enjoyed using it for pickup lunches as well as more elaborate dinners. I anticipate many years of full use. I barbecue 3-4 times a week.

5 Stars 5 STARS! – FANTASTIC GRILL!
I purchased the Weber Genesis 320 (with Copper finish) and it is great. All of the Weber Genesis grills get excellent ratings of about 4.5 to 5 stars on various Web sites. If you like grilling then this is the grill for you. My old Coleman was pretty sturdy but the bottom area of the stand rusted out after several years (we grill all year long – even in on bad winter days), and it had very uneven heating.

If you look at the various comments about these Genesis grills you will see that except for a couple very isolated and unusual situations people love them. Almost every owner agrees that they get hotter, hot quicker, are easier to use, and get excellent results more often than almost any other grill.

The stainless surfaces help prevent rust and last longer, and the outer surfaces cleanup well. Greased lightning works well to clean the grates & inner surfaces, and a little WD-40 or silicon spray rubbed on, helps keep the outer stainless surfaces looking good.

You can never trust the various propane gauges that are on the market (I tried them). This grill has a nice feature in that the propane tank actually sits on a little scale! Since the weight is a reliable measure of the tanks fullness, this works well.

Do yourself a big favor and buy excellent cuts of meat for your grilling experiences with this grill. (Like 1″ to 1.5″ T-Bone or Porterhouse.) Because it gets so hot (our’s went to 550 in no time), this grill really shines with thicker, better cuts. Also it is a good idea to use a seasoning or a barbecue sauce (We like “[...] Rub” and “Mississippi Sauce” or “Baby Ray Original” sauce.

I haven’t had too much experience with them, but Weber appears to be a great company for customer service, and warranty work (25 year warranty for some parts). I’m told that the beer can chicken cooker (costs only $[...] – & made by a different company) works great with this cooker (but I haven’t tried mine yet.) You can also get vegetable pans.

The thermometer is very helpful for good grilling, and if you get a $[...] roast holder, you can even cook beef and other roasts in this grill. I think the actual grilling area is perfectly sized – you can keep the higher warming rack in the grill at all times, if you wish, because it doesn’t get in the way like with some other grills. The three burners allow you to cook directly, or indirectly like in an oven, by turning one off.

There are 2 little disadvantages that these grills have. This model has the 3 control knobs on the right top which prevents you from using that side to put a plate (the “S” series has them in the front). And it has a grease dripping pan that some reviewers say will catch on fire when you get the grill real hot; so clean it often.

I think that about covers everything! This grill is so easy to use, you’re going to really enjoy it. Weber provides good cooking tips, a small cookbook, and has an on-line free service where, if you sign up, they will send you different recipes every so often. Save a few bucks by buying any Weber accessories you might want from your local Home Depot, Sears, True Value, or Lowes store, instead of directly from Weber. And – Wait for FREE shipping.

3 Stars a little disappointed
i purchased the grill and it took the full time indicated plus a day or two to receive. The grill has 2 problems as I see it. When the 3 burners are wide open the grill does not get over 550. My old 2 burner got to 600 easily. The other problem is I bought a smoker box and when put on the hottest part of the grill, it didn’t get hot enough to produce smoke. Not happy so far.

I purchased this grill based on others reviews. I have to say that I agree, this is an excellent grill. It is heavy and should last for years. The grates are heavy cast iron. The three burners provide even heating and fine temperature control. The side burner has a pot support made of heavy stainless steel wire that gives stable support for pots. The painted surfaces, so far, have not discolored or shown any signs of peeling. The instructions were excellent and made assembly easy. Two of us assembled the grill in about an hour.

5 Stars Grillin’ Like a Pro
After many grilling disasters on our former, although high end/custom, grill my son and I decided either we were going to have to get rid of the grill or the “grillmaster”–so we did our homework and purchased this Weber Summit S-670 grill for my husband for Father’s Day. We specifically wanted a grill with the dedicated sear station feature, a good warranty and reliable customer service. After reading many reviews, we decided to try Weber and we have not been disappointed! Because the S-670 was not carried by ANY local retailer, we ordered through Amazon.com and received a fair price and impressive delivery experience with Reliable Resources. Concerned with assembly, I checked with Weber before ordering and was assured by the customer service rep that assembly was minimal. My 18-year old son made quick work of it and our first attempt at grilling turned out restaurant-quality steaks, perfectly seared on the outside yet juicy and beautifully “medium” in the middle. The grill heats up to about 700 degrees in a matter of only 10 minutes. Beware that it is a REALLY hot grill and once it’s pre-heated, you should open the lid with caution until you get used to it. The temperature was easy to manage once the meat was seared—no hot spots, just very even. We have subsequently grilled chicken, vegetables, even split heads of romaine lettuce (for grilled caesar salad) with excellent results. We have not yet tried the smoker box, side burner or rotisserie but anticipate expanding our grilling experience with those options. This grill is very large, but Weber makes a similarly equipped model (with the dedicated sear station) in a smaller size (S-470). Both come with lighted control knobs and exterior grill lights, which some reviewers have dismissed as gimicky, but we feel are useful. We grill year round and when it gets dark earlier in the winter, we’re sure we’ll appreciate the lighting features even more. As far as customer service, Weber offers service 364 days/year. Our grill was missing one door-closing magnet and all it took was one call to the 1-800 number to have one sent via FedEx. The customer service rep even provided her name and direct extension # in case we have any other problem. From the ordering experience, to prompt and courteous delivery, to easy assembly and now, to “grillin’ like a pro,” I could definitely recommend the Summit S-670 grill!

This is just a tremendous grill. It arrived on time with only a slight problem, and then took less than an hour to set up. The problem was with the left door – the magnet that holds the door closed had broken. Weber immediately sent me an entire new door, no questions asked. I’ve used the grill several times, trying out all of the features. The searing function works as advertised. For low temp grilling, the heat is consistent and evenly distributed. The rotisserie and infrared were easy to use and allowed me to cook a 10 pound turkey in less than two hours. My only complaint is that if left uncovered with the grill closed, water leaks into the grill and down into the grease trap. I forgot to cover it one night and it rained. The grease trap overflowed all over the inside of the grill and out onto my deck. What a mess! So it’s a great grill, but the cover is not an optional accessory.

I wanted a grill that could really sear a steak or a good piece of tuna. I was looking at models with ceramic sear burners, but heard worries about their durability. This is a large all gas conventional burner grill that generates more heat than you can believe. It it supremely adjustable and can do anything you want. My friends want one now.

This is the Ferrari of Grills! everything you need, smoker, rotisserie, searing station, side stove burner and 6 grill burners. It’s just the best, I have been using it for over a month now, and I can say it the best grill I have ever owned and will ever own.

Price: Its expensive but you get what you pay for, all stainless steel and cast iron, really well built and has been put together the right way.

Unpacking: It comes in a big box, and you need two or even three people to get it off the skid that is comes on.

Assembly: Very easy, if you know how to turn and screw and read directions, very very easy

Wife’s note: If you give this to your husband for fathers day he’ll love you for it! I bought it for my self, but my wife wishes she gave it to me for fathers day.

5 Stars Great Grill Best Price From Amazon
Ordered this Weber 670 Natural Gas grill from Amazon and received in about 5 days. It comes 95% assembled. I had to put on the side tables, the handle lights, the grates and the shelf inside the cabinet. It gets hot really fast. The nice thing is since the burners go from north to south, you only have to turn on the burners you want to use. Some grills have the burners going east to west and forces you to light the entire grill.

The searing station is a nice feature right in the middle of the grill. When you turn it on, a separate burner ignites. While it is off, you can use that section of the grill as normal.

The knobs light up with a push of a rubberized button on the left. This makes seeing the settings easy at night.

The flames are so good, sometimes it is hard to see if a burner is actually on. You push the knob in and turn it to ignite that burner.

It comes with it’s own quick connect gas connection and 10′ hose. If you have a gas stub on the outside of the house, just put the piece they give you on the stub.

I got the cover for it.. the newer covers have vents overtop of each side table. The older covers have vents in the front and rear but Weber said it was allowing rain into the back of the grill which would get water into the grease pan. When it rains now, the water can get onto the side tables but Weber says that won’t hurt it.

The wheels roll very easy and have an anti-tip mechanism on them. The front two wheels can lock as well. Don’t try to roll it across the grass.. the anti-tip things will dig into the grass.

I haven’t used the rotisserie yet, but will soon. It is a nice feature with the infrared burner. I’m happy with the purchase and the delivery from Amazon.

4 Stars Very good purchase!
This grill is really great! I know this sounds silly, but it gets really hot! I have already made lots of great meals with it. It looks great and is fun to use. My only not so great comment would be that I found it a touch hard to put together. I was able to it bascially alone in about 2.5 hours, but 2x I had to reverse parts and often was left scratching my head as to what the pictures on the directions were demonstrating. But even that was not too bad. When it was all put together, I stood back and just said “Wow”!

This is the second Weber Propane grill I have owned. The first lasted 15 years, a tribute to the quality and durability of Weber product. Overall. the Genesis S-310 is a superb gas grill that is easy to use and cooks with remarkable precision. The electronic ignition system is especially noteworthy as it fire up the grill with the mere touch of a button. The three burner system enables a variety of foods to be either seared or broiled reliably.

4 Stars Great Grill…poor installation instructions
The weber genesis grill S310 is a very fine product. It has all the cooking power one needs for a “typical” family of four. It provides a great looking stainless steel exterior and is easy to clean up.

My only hesitation and warning is to have a lot of patience for those putting the grill together as I did. It comes in what seems like a million pieces and the instructions (just graphic drawings) are not very helpful. Other buyers have noted the same issue so be prepared for several hours of “hell” if you dont enjoy trial and error and figuring out the jigsaw puzzel.

4 Stars It’s pretty good but there’s a lot of hype in other reviews
Like many people, I scoured reviews on Amazon and elsewhere trying to get a feel for which BBQs were the best in the $500-$800 category–as many have, I’ve bought the $150 special at Target only to be disappointed with the cooking performance and longevity. Weber grills kept showing up with 5 star ratings, particularly the Genesis E310/S310 models.

I ended up buying a Genesis S-310 from a local brick and mortar store because I didn’t have time to wait for shipping from an internet store. Be aware, this grill comes in a HUGE box, weighs 160 lbs. and may be subject to some interstate freight drop-kicking which probably won’t hurt what’s inside. Your first hurdle will be assembly–the instructions are TERRIBLE. Anyone who tells you they put it together in under an hour is either a liar or assembles grills for a living. In my case, it took 3 tool-handy men about 3 hours to assemble it. For example, one part in step one has to be installed in a certain orientation or the firebox in step 12 won’t drop in correctly. Guess who installed it the wrong way and had to undo the work when the grill was already 50% assembled? Another issue we had with the instructions was that there are 4 different types of screws used, but the screws for the door handles were actually different than the ones shown in the instructions–at the end of assembly, we realized that the 4 screws left over were for the handles.

Let’s talk about the “stainless steel” on this grill. The lid, handles, grills and doors are stainless steel. The shiny side shelves and other surfaces are stainless veneer, so to speak–bent metal that covers a painted frame. The firebox is some kind of powdercoated metal, but it ain’t stainless. It’s just an eye-opener to see all the non-stainless steel parts that are covered up as you assemble the grill.

The grill works very nicely–with the 3 burners going, you can easily get the internal temp over 500 degrees F and steaks, fish, and burgers sear quickly and with little sticking on the stainless steel rods. So after using it a few times, I had to replace my LP tank (as I’d started with a 1/2 full one) and then the fun really began! The new tank went on…and no gas would come out. Looked in the instructions, tried what it said, fiddled with the connectors, tried manual lighting…even called Weber who cheerfully tried to talk me through another set of instructions. NO GAS. I had guests waiting to be fed. One guest suggested opening the tank valve just ever-so-slightly so a little gas would flow…and voila! the grill lit up on the first click of the ignitor! Turns out if your tank is filled 100%, the pressure regulator won’t let gas flow if you open the valve wide open, so by opening the valve just a little the regulator lets gas flow–essentially bleeding the tank–and after your first grilling session, the tank pressure is no longer high enough to trigger the safety mechanism. Despite the excellent Weber phone service–even on a Sunday afternoon–this scenario wasn’t covered in the manual or on the phone.

My bottom line: this is a excellent-performing grill–if you pay full list price it’s not a great deal. Considering the premium price, the fit and finish is underwhelming. I haven’t had any grills in this price range before this purchase, so I can’t compare. But I liked the long warranty and you can’t beat the responsiveness of the Weber support staff–that is definitely NOT hype!

4 Stars Great Grill, Wrong Source
I was thrilled to have my 160# Weber box delivered. I went to my patio and began to assemble it to find the portion of the grillbox that attaches to the shroud was cracked off and floating in the box. What a disappointment. A broken 160# unit sitting on my porch. Advice: Buy $800.00 160# items from a local rep. My local Ace Hardware store had one assembled and brought it to my door, delivery free of charge.

I haven’t had too much experience with them, but Weber appears to be a great company for customer service, and warranty work (25 year warranty for some parts). I’m told that the beer can chicken cooker (costs only $[...] – & made by a different company) works great with this cooker (but I haven’t tried mine yet.) You can also get vegetable pans.

The thermometer is very helpful for good grilling, and if you get a $[...] roast holder, you can even cook beef and other roasts in this grill. I think the actual grilling area is perfectly sized – you can keep the higher warming rack in the grill at all times, if you wish, because it doesn’t get in the way like with some other grills. The three burners allow you to cook directly, or indirectly like in an oven, by turning one off.

There are 2 little disadvantages that these grills have. This model has the 3 control knobs on the right top which prevents you from using that side to put a plate (the “S” series has them in the front). And it has a grease dripping pan that some reviewers say will catch on fire when you get the grill real hot; so clean it often.

I think that about covers everything! This grill is so easy to use, you’re going to really enjoy it. Weber provides good cooking tips, a small cookbook, and has an on-line free service where, if you sign up, they will send you different recipes every so often. Save a few bucks by buying any Weber accessories you might want from your local Home Depot, Sears, True Value, or Lowes store, instead of directly from Weber. And – Wait for FREE shipping.

5 Stars Excellent Grill
I purchased this grill based on others reviews. I have to say that I agree, this is an excellent grill. It is heavy and should last for years. The grates are heavy cast iron. The three burners provide even heating and fine temperature control. The side burner has a pot support made of heavy stainless steel wire that gives stable support for pots. The painted surfaces, so far, have not discolored or shown any signs of peeling. The instructions were excellent and made assembly easy. Two of us assembled the grill in about an hour.

3 Stars a little disappointed
i purchased the grill and it took the full time indicated plus a day or two to receive. The grill has 2 problems as I see it. When the 3 burners are wide open the grill does not get over 550. My old 2 burner got to 600 easily. The other problem is I bought a smoker box and when put on the hottest part of the grill, it didn’t get hot enough to produce smoke. Not happy so far.
